Motivational Speaker

When perspective shifts, possibilities expand.

Mandy speaks to organizations, corporate teams, associations, and student audiences about resilience, mindset, and purpose – drawing on her own journey to help audiences build the same capacity to adapt and grow.

Beyond the keynote stage, she leads workshops and retreats for teams looking to build resilience as a lasting practice, not just a one-time talk.

We loved having you part of our conference – your fabulous and inspiring keynote address set the stage for the entire conference to come, and multiple subsequent speakers referred to it and quoted your words. You touched a lot of people with your story - your positivity in the face of adversity, your resilience, your ability to reframe things through a shift in mindset. We have all learned so much from you.

Mandy recently shared her inspirational story of overcoming adversity at our Julie Foudy Soccer Camp. We have girls and young women from all over the world attend this camp and these young women were completely enthralled with Mandy's story. We all loved hearing how she used lessons from her soccer background to accomplish everything she ever dreamed of in life, which everyone in the crowd could relate to, no matter the age. Mandy beautifully shared her story and we all left feeling encouraged, motivated and ready to tackle any challenges coming our way.

Mandy has a captivating story and articulates it so well to all ages. I was in awe of how well she connected to youth athletes in such a short period of time. There is no doubt in my mind that she left an imprint on every single one of those girls. I was empowered to rise above and change my inner dialog during turbulent times, because of her speech.

Expect More: Building Resilience and Inclusion in the Workplace

In this keynote, Mandy challenges audiences to raise the bar on what they expect from themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Through her story and practical insights, she illustrates how resilience and inclusion go hand in hand: when people feel seen, valued, and supported, they’re better equipped to navigate change, bounce back from challenges, and achieve more together.

This keynote equips leaders and employees with strategies to strengthen resilience, foster inclusive environments, and create workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Takeaways:

* Resilience at the team level fosters exceptional organizational performance.

* Inclusion fuels resilience by creating environments where people feel empowered to adapt, grow, and innovate.

* Life is too short to accept “good enough”—expecting more leads to growth, equity, and fulfillment.

* Team members should expect more from their leaders, not just the other way around.

* Shifting our perspective turns obstacles into opportunities for growth on the personal and professional level.

Mandy spoke at Jazz Pharmaceuticals during our “Power of the Mind” themed Connection Day. She was our star speaker and she was absolutely mindblowing. The video of her speech has had the largest post-event viewing of any guest speaker we have ever had at Jazz. Mandy made a profound impact on everyone at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The honesty and candor she brought to her story resonated deeply with everyone in the audience. It’s rare to find someone who can inspire and connect with people so authentically.

I've had the privilege of working with many outstanding speakers over the years, and Mandy truly stands out. She was the keynote presenter at our Healthy Living Retreat for Women, and from the moment she began speaking, she captivated the audience with her authenticity, warmth, and remarkable story. What impressed me most was her ability to take experiences that most of us can hardly imagine and translate them into practical lessons that resonated with every woman in the room. Rather than simply sharing an extraordinary story, Mandy equipped participants with tangible tools for building resilience, navigating life's challenges, and finding strength in difficult moments. Her message was inspiring without ever feeling out of reach. It was hopeful, relatable, and deeply empowering.
